SRM Concrete is seeking a General Manager to oversee regional operations, leading multi-site teams and driving performance with a strong emphasis on safety and service. You will shape the operational discipline and culture across sites, ensuring efficiency and reliability of our ready-mix operations.

You will manage production, dispatch, maintenance, and customer relationships while owning regional P&L and using data-driven insights to identify growth opportunities and continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in ready-mix, construction, or project management.
• Proven leadership in multi-site environments.
• Strong knowledge of plant systems, dispatch, logistics, maintenance.
• Customer-focused and data-driven with tech savvy.
• Excellent communication and team development skills.
• Commitment to safety, quality, integrity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production, dispatch, maintenance, customer relationships, and financial performance within your region.
• Lead and mentor plant managers and teams, fostering safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure on-time dispatch and delivery of ready-mix products.
• Develop maintenance strategies to maximize asset reliability and uptime.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and resolve issues with professionalism.
• Use data and technology to monitor KPIs and drive improvements.
• Enforce safety, quality, and compliance across sites.
• Manage regional P&L and identify growth opportunities.
