Job summary

WillScot is seeking a Regional General Manager to drive profitable growth by developing and executing strategic business plans that align with company objectives. The role owns regional P&L across multiple locations and roughly $5M to $100M in annual revenue depending on region.

You will lead high-performing sales and operations teams, oversee branch operations, fleet management, transportation, and field service, and promote safety, efficiency, and customer-centric delivery of solutions.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a regional or market level role.
• Proven ability to drive P&L performance and profitable growth.
• Experience leading sales and operations teams and managing multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Own regional P&L across locations and revenue bands ($5M–$100M annually).
• Develop and execute strategic business plans aligned with company objectives.
• Lead sales, operations, fleet management, transportation, and field service.
• Foster safety, efficiency, and customer-focused delivery of solutions.
• Develop talent and drive employee engagement to improve market presence.
