Lead sales and operations teams, oversee fleet management, transportation, logistics, and field service, and foster talent development and employee engagement to deliver safe, customer-focused solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional P&L performance across multiple MSAs and revenue streams (roughly $5M–$100M annually).
• Drive profitable growth by developing and executing strategic business plans aligned with company objectives.
• Provide commercial leadership, operational execution, and talent development across sales and operations teams.
• Oversee branch operations, fleet management, transportation, logistics, and field service execution to deliver safe, efficient, customer-focused solutions.
