Job summary

Addison Group is seeking a General Manager in Renton, WA to lead a regional facilities and environmental services operation. You will drive safety, service quality, client relationships, and financial performance while building a high-performing team.

The role demands hands-on leadership, strategic planning, and a track record of growing revenue and managing P&L. You will collaborate with sales to expand opportunities and ensure compliance across the operation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent industry experience may be considered.
• 3–5 years of operations management or general management experience in a service-based environment.
• Experience managing P&L and interpreting financial reports.
• Strong understanding of operational processes, safety practices, and compliance requirements.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams while holding employees accountable.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations while maintaining high standards for safety, service quality, efficiency, and compliance.
• Oversee facilities, equipment, and other resources to ensure proper maintenance.
• Establish clear expectations and hold teams accountable for performance and results.
• Develop and implement strategies to support revenue growth and achieve business objectives.
• Collaborate with sales and business development to strengthen the pipeline and secure opportunities.
• Build a strong presence within the local market through networking and community involvement.
• Develop lasting relationships with key customers and business partners.
• Address customer concerns and use feedback to identify opportunities to improve service and retention.
• Manage the financial performance of the operation, including revenue, expenses, forecasting, and profitability.
• Monitor KPIs and use data to identify areas for improvement.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and increase revenue.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop employees across the organization.
