Titan Factory Direct in Central Texas is hiring a General Manager to lead our Central Texas region across multiple locations. You will own regional revenue growth, oversee operations, and develop high-performing Sales Managers and teams.

You will drive market expansion, competitive positioning, and customer experience. This role requires a proven leader who can build pipelines, supervise deal reviews, and ensure accountability with structured performance tracking.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in new home sales, real estate, or high-ticket sales (Manufactured housing experience strongly preferred).
• Proven track record of driving revenue and managing high-performing teams.
• Strong strategic thinking and execution ability.
• Excellent communication and leadership presence.
