Job description

General Manager – Austin, TX

Pella is now seeking a General Manager (GM) for the Austin, TX branch. The GM is responsible for managing the sales and order fulfillment processes and teams at the assigned branch location. This includes overall strategic planning and execution of sales and order fulfillment functions to assure the company’s continued growth and profitability with specific emphasis on sales growth, process improvement, customer satisfaction, cost of quality, and people development. Responsible for P & L, balance sheet, and cash flow. Responsible to lead members of management effectively to deliver total customer satisfaction, company profitability, and market share growth. The ideal candidate will be an experienced and dedicated leader across sales and operations teams.

This is an on‑site role. The Austin branch has two sites: office – 9222 Burnet Rd Suite 106 Austin, TX 78758; warehouse – 10200 Metric Blvd Austin, TX 78758.
