UGI Utilities, Inc. seeks a Director of Gas Operations to oversee regional gas operations with a focus on safety, reliability, and cost efficiency. The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, system integrity, and leadership development within the South region.

The position requires extensive operations experience, a PE license preferred, and strong budgeting, planning, and cross-functional collaboration skills to enhance corporate image and customer service.

Competenze

• Minimum of 10 years of gas operations experience.
• Professional Engineer license preferred.
• Demonstrable computer skills and/or aptitude, basic business and accounting/finance experience or education.

Mansioni

• Manage daily gas operations within the South region.
• Establish, manage, and monitor gas operations expense and maintenance capital budgets to ensure the effective use of dollars.
• Develop short- and long-term utility operations goals to ensure regulatory compliance and improve system integrity, while fostering growth and the effective and efficient use of resources across UGI.
• Oversee the development of metrics for use in tracking internal operational performance, comparison to industry peers and driving peak operational performance.
• Lead utility wide standardization efforts designed to improve operational efficiencies and long-term operation’s system integrity.
• Identify and develop leadership management and operations talent.
