Job summary

AFC Industries is a dynamic organization delivering supply chain solutions for fasteners and assembly components to OEMs and manufacturers. The Regional Fulfillment Manager will shape the organization’s fulfillment capability, ensuring replenishment programs, inventory strategies, and customer service models are executed effectively across service centers.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Distribution, or related discipline preferred.
  • 2-5 years of experience in fulfillment, distribution, supply chain, inventory management, or related operations.
  • 2+ years of experience leading managers and multi-site operational
  • Proven experience improving inventory performance, replenishment execution, customer service, and cost to serve.
  • Experience standardizing processes and driving consistent operational practices across multiple locations.
  • Experience managing through change initiatives, including adoption of new processes, systems, performance standards, or operating models.
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally with internal departments such as Sales, Customer Service, Warehouse, Purchasing, Quality, and Operations.
  • Demonstrated success developing leaders, driving accountability, and improving team
  • Experience using operational KPIs and data to drive continuous improvement and business results.
  • Experience implementing process improvements, Lean/continuous improvement initiatives, or operational excellence programs.
  • Experience working in a multi-site organization preferred.

The Regional Fulfillment Manager shall develop the organization's fulfillment capability by ensuring Service Centers consistently execute replenishment programs, inventory strategies, and customer service models.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Environment: Manufacturing/ Distribution/Office/Hybrid/Onsite

Physical Requirements: Moderate ability to sit and work at a computer, frequent use of keyboard, mouse, telephone, and other office equipment in a combination of an uncontrolled/controlled environment, moderate standing, walking, bending, squatting, reaching, and occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds from floor to overhead lifting

PPE: As required by specific site

Travel Requirements: 50% or as needed

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCE
Education:
