Job summary

Performance Foodservice in Seattle is seeking a Sales Manager to supervise a district's field sales team, drive the regional sales plan, and ensure profitability.

You will lead the sales staff, develop strategies to meet targets, and strengthen relationships with customers and vendors. The role requires 3–5 years in B2B outside sales in the foodservice industry and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent Experience.
• 4-6 years foodservice sales.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Supervises sales staff and coaches monthly meetings to drive performance.
• Attains targeted sales within budgetary guidelines and region goals.
• Develops major account presentations and participates in industry events.
• Manages customer/vendor relationships and resolves issues promptly.
• Establishes and monitors major account prospect lists and rebates/incentives.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
