Job summary

Sysco Northeast Rdc is seeking a District Sales Manager to lead the Fargo/Jamestown, ND and Moorhead, MN district. You will coach Sales Consultants, drive profitable growth, and manage performance with data-driven strategies.

You will conduct weekly coaching, lead district meetings, and optimize customer engagement using Sysco tools and CRM. Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience successfully growing profitable sales in the foodservice industry.
• 5+ years' foodservice sales experience in the foodservice industry preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or higher or equivalent relevant industry experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with a variety of stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manages the performance and development of Sales Consultants within the district.
• Conducts 3-5 SC work-withs per week to coach and direct.
• Leads district Friday meetings to educate, inspire, and drive sales behavior changes.
• Leverages Sysco CRM and CMP/QPP processes to plan, forecast, and coach performance.
• Drives territory planning, customer engagement, and profitable sales growth.
