Job summary

Archway Management seeks a Regional Director of Operations (CDM) to lead and mentor Food Service Directors across multiple healthcare facilities. The role emphasizes strong leadership, financial oversight, and adherence to policy while delivering high-quality dining services.

The position requires travel within the region, a Certified Dietary Manager credential, and 2–5 years of multi-site dietary operations experience.

Qualifications

• Must have multi-site dietary operations experience.
• Must be able to travel within the region frequently.
• 2–5 years’ experience coordinating food service operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in culinary arts or related field is preferred but not required.
• Certified Dietary Manager certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all assigned facilities, providing leadership in operations, finances, HR and client relationships.
• Supervise Food Service Directors and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
• Develop unit budgets and monitor financial performance; review results weekly and monthly.
• Collaborate with dietitians and corporate teams to meet federal/state requirements.
• Support new business bids, rebids, and development of new programs and contracts.
