Job summary

Archway Management is seeking a Regional Director of Operations (CDM) to lead dietary services across multiple healthcare facilities. You will guide food service operations, budgets, HR, and client relations while supervising Food Service Directors.

The role requires a Certified Dietary Manager, multi-site dietary operations experience, and the ability to travel regionally. A Bachelor’s in culinary arts or related field is preferred, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma (required).
• Certified Dietary Manager (required).
• Multi-site Dietary Operations experience (required).
• Ability to travel regionally frequently (required).
• 2-5 years’ experience coordinating food service operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in culinary arts or related field (preferred, not required).
• Demonstrated ability to lead and guide teams.
• Strong initiative and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Confidentiality of records and information.
• Basic office equipment skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facilities, providing leadership in operations, finances, HR and client relations with supervision of Food Service Directors.
• Plan and manage unit budgets; develop weekly financial plans and oversee cost control.
• Establish QA and assessment processes; ensure policy adherence and compliance.
• Develop partnerships with clients; understand client needs and expectations.
• Play a role in training, development, and corrective action when needed.
• Negotiate contracts/fees; manage transitions and new business bids.
• Ensure HR and safety practices are followed daily.
• Monitor performance across facilities and drive improvements.
