You will mentor Food Service Directors, manage budgets, ensure regulatory compliance, and build strong client relationships while driving dining excellence. Travel within the region is required, and a strong track record in multi-site healthcare dietary management is essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma is required.
• Certified Dietary Manager is required.
• Multi-site Dietary Operations experience is required.
• Ability to travel within your region frequently is required.
• Minimum 2-5 years’ experience coordinating food service operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in culinary arts or related field is preferred, but not required.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and guide teams.
• Strong initiative and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of records and information.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple facilities and provide leadership in operations, finances, human resources and client relationships.
• Provide direct supervision to Food Service Directors and ensure guidance and development.
• Develop unit operational budgets and monitor financial results to meet targets.
• Educate Food Service Directors on P&L processes and review month-end results.
• Support bids, rebids, and development of new programs with clients.
• Ensure adherence to accounting practices and safety policies.
• Lead training and development for Food Service Directors and staff.
• Negotiate contracts and manage transitions for new business accounts.
