Job summary

HSHS St. Vincent’s Hospital in Green Bay, WI, seeks a Registered Nurse to join our Med/Surg regional float pool. The role covers multiple departments and conditions across Green Bay, Sheboygan, and Oconto Falls facilities, on a 36-hour weekly schedule with night shifts (7p–7a) and every third weekend.

Requirements include WI RN licensure (multi-state allowed with WI license within 30 days), 2 years RN experience, BLS, and a BSN preferred; certifications in specialty areas are a plus for floating.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program and eligible for licensure in WI.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred.
• Licensed RN in the state of practice; WI license required within 30 days of establishing permanent residency.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
• Certification in area of specialty preferred but may be required to float.

Responsibilities

• Float across Med/Surg departments within WI facilities (Green Bay, Sheboygan, Oconto Falls).
• Provide nursing care to a wide range of conditions.
• Maintain night shift schedule: 36 hours per week with every third weekend.
