Job summary

Summa Health is seeking a Regional Float Pool RN for Med/Surg-Behavioral Health to support inpatient units across Akron and Barberton campuses. This full-time night position (7p–7:30a) requires an ADN, Ohio RN license, and at least 1 year in related RN roles. BSN preferred with potential specialty certifications.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with current Ohio license.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate nursing care across Med/Surg, Telemetry, and Behavioral Health units.
• Support staffing of Akron and Barberton campuses as needed based on skill mix and patient needs.
• Maintain safety, accuracy, and compassionate care under stress and varying hours.
