Job summary

Summa Health Akron & Barberton Campus seeks a Regional Float Pool RN for full-time day shifts in PCU. You will provide and coordinate nursing care across units, support staffing, and help ensure optimal patient outcomes in a high-demand setting.

Requires ADN with Ohio license and 1 year of RN experience in target specialties; BSN preferred. BLS and ACLS/NVCI certifications are expected as applicable. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• ADN required; BSN preferred.
• Current Ohio RN license.
• 1 year RN experience in specialty area.
• Specialty areas include Medical/Surgical, Telemetry, Critical Care and Behavioral Health.
• Must complete specialty orientation and maintain BLS; ACLS/NVCI may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide, coordinate and/or delegate nursing care to patients and families.
• Support staffing across Inpatient Medical/Surgical, Telemetry, Critical Care and Behavioral Health units.
• Maintain safety, accuracy and efficiency in care delivery.
