Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current RN licensure in the State of Ohio.
• BLS certification required; ACLS within first year; NIH Stroke Scale certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to adult and geriatric patients in med/surg float units.
• Complete ongoing patient assessments and recognize changes in condition.
• Develop and update patient and family care goals and plans.
• Administer treatments and medications; document appropriately.
• Delegate tasks and mentor fellow team members.
