Job summary

Summa Health is seeking an RN for the Regional Float Pool across Medical Surgical and Telemetry units, full-time 36 hours per week, shift 7:00 pm to 7:30 am. The role supports inpatient staffing across Akron and Barberton campuses.

The RN provides, coordinates and delegates nursing care, using evidence-based practice to maintain optimum health and patient safety in a high-demand environment.

Qualifications

• ADN required; BSN preferred.
• Current Ohio RN license to practice.
• One year RN experience for the specialty.
• Specialty-specific orientation and certifications (ACLS, NIH, NVCI, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Provides, coordinates and/or delegates nursing care and manages resources in care delivery.
• Supports staffing across Summa Health Akron and Barberton Campuses; supplements other units as needed.
