Job summary

Mercy Hospitals SW MO Region is seeking experienced Regional Resource RNs to join the MED/SURG, ED, and ICU teams. Positions include night shifts with self-scheduling and travel to Mercy facilities within a 90-mile radius from the employee's home address.

Availability includes full-time and part-time roles. Competitive pay with shift and weekend differentials, day-one benefits, and a 401(k) plan are offered to eligible nurses. Reach out to the Recruiter for more details.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved professional nurse program.
• Current RN licensure in applicable state; BLS certification.
• Minimum 3 years RN experience within the service line in past 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care for adult/geriatric patients.
• Collaborate with regional facilities; self-schedule and travel within 90 miles as needed.
• Provide care in MED/SURG, ED, and ICU units during night shifts.
• Maintain standards of nursing practice and contribute to patient outcomes.
