Mercy is seeking an experienced RN for its Regional Float Pool in the St. Louis area. This full-time night-shift role involves providing high-quality nursing care across multiple Mercy facilities, with opportunities for education assistance and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
• BSN degree preferred.
• RN licensure in hiring state and/or compact licensure.
• Minimum 3 years ER RN experience, 6 months in last year.
• Certifications: BLS; ACLS, NIH, PALS, TNCC, ENPC, MANDT within 90 days of hire.
• Physical requirements: stand/walk most of shift; lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care for adult/geriatric patients.
• Provide care across Mercy facilities in the St. Louis region as part of the Regional Float Pool.
• Collaborate with diverse care teams to support patient populations.
• Maintain high standards of nursing practice and ongoing professional development.
