LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a Regional Float Pool LPN to provide individualized nursing care for adults and geriatric patients across multiple facilities in the region. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in Med/Surg, ICU, ED and other units, float between facilities, and collaborate with diverse teams while building clinical assessment and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program with current LPN licensure.
• One year of bedside LPN experience for Med/Surg; two years for other specialties.
• BLS; ACLS, PALS, IV as required by unit.

Join as a Regional Float Pool LPN to provide individualized nursing care for adult and geriatric patients across multiple facilities.

Responsibilities include:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in various units such as Med/Surg, ICU, ED, and more.
• Float between designated hospitals in the region, supporting diverse patient populations.
• Build clinical assessment and communication skills while working with varied teams.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program and current LPN licensure.
• One year of recent bedside LPN experience for Med/Surg; two years for other specialties.
• Certifications include BLS; additional certifications (ACLS, PALS, IV) depending on unit.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform patient care duties.
