Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC in Missouri seeks a Regional Resource Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for adults and seniors. The LPN will float between community hospital facilities and provide support across Med/Surg, ED, ICU, and other units.

Responsibilities include direct patient care, collaboration with diverse healthcare teams, adapting to different clinical settings, and ensuring regulatory and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited practical nursing program
• Valid LPN license in state of practice
• 1-2 years bedside LPN experience
• BLS required; ACLS, PALS, IV certification as applicable

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and support across multiple facilities
• Collaborate with diverse healthcare teams
• Adapt quickly to different clinical settings and patient needs
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards

Education

Graduate of accredited practical nursing program
