Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Regional Float Pool, providing care across multiple hospitals and units in the region. The role offers exposure to diverse clinical settings and opportunities for professional growth in a collaborative team.

You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for adult and geriatric patients, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and working across Med/Surg, Telemetry, Stepdown, and ICU while maintaining

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• RN licensure in the state or compact license.
• Minimum of 1 year bedside RN experience for Med/Surg; 2 years for specialty units.
• BLS required; NRP for Women’s Health.
• Ability to perform physical tasks required for patient care.

Responsibilities

• Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized nursing care for adult/geriatric patients.
• Collaborating with diverse care teams and patient populations.
• Adapting to units such as Med/Surg, Telemetry, Stepdown, and ICU.
• Maintaining current RN licensure and relevant certifications.
• Meeting physical demands like standing, walking, lifting, and patient handling.
