Guardian Flight in Alaska is seeking a Regional Floating Flight Nurse to join our air-medical team delivering safe patient transport to and from facilities and scene responses.

We offer a 10 days on / 20 days off schedule, company-paid crew housing while on shift, and a starting salary in the $90k–$93k range annually. You will work with a professional team committed to high safety standards and excellent patient care.

Formación

• Minimum three years of Emergency or Adult Critical Care experience as an RN.
• Current RN license in the states served by the assigned area.
• EMT and Trauma certifications as required by state regulations.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP required prior to flight status (NRP training provided).
• CFRN required within 24 months from date of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Assess each situation to determine the best course of action for patient care in critical settings.
• Use critical thinking to manage critically ill or injured adults or pediatrics and support physicians’ orders.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and well-stocked aircraft environment with base checks and equipment reviews.
• Collaborate with air and ground teams, dispatch, flight crews, facilities and partners.
• Share shift change information with transitioning team and keep regulatory documentation up to date.
• Maintain required certifications and ongoing training for the position.
