Job summary

Guardian Flight, LLC is hiring a Regional Floating Flight Nurse to transport patients to and from medical facilities and assist with scene calls. You will work with a professional team committed to high safety standards for crew and customers.

The role requires 3+ years in Emergency or Adult Critical Care, an active RN license, EMT/Trauma certification as applicable, and CFRN within 24 months. Includes a $10,000 sign-on bonus and paid crew housing on shift, with a 5-on/10-off schedule.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in Emergency or Adult Critical Care as an RN.
• Current RN license in states served by assigned area.
• EMT & Trauma Certification as required.

Responsibilities

• Assess each situation to determine best course of action for patient care in critical situations.
• Apply critical thinking to manage critically ill or injured patients and support physician orders.
• Maintain safe, clean aircraft environment and ensure equipment/base checks meet safety standards.
