Job summary

Guardian Flight in Alaska is seeking a Flight Paramedic to transport patients and support scene calls. You will provide advanced life support, complete electronic patient care records, and participate in pre- and post-mission briefings as part of a safety‑focused team.

We offer a starting annual range of $94,000–$97,000, a 10 days on/20 days off rotation, and company-paid crew housing while on shift, reflecting our commitment to professional, high-quality emergency air medical services.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a 911 or critical care setting as a licensed Paramedic.
• Current EMT-P license in the states served by the area.
• FP-C required within 24 months from date of hire.
• Instructor certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete and submit electronic patient care records for each dispatched flight within the specified time frame.
• Perform daily base checks including narcotics count.
• Provide pre-hospital and intra-hospital advanced life support care.
• Maintain licensure, certifications and continuing education documentation.
• Participate in pre-mission briefings and mission debriefings.
• Assist in pre-mission liftoff checklist and Pilot coordination as needed.
• Adhere to safety standards to ensure crew and patient safety during liftoff.
