Epika Fleet Services is seeking a Fleet Manager to lead day-to-day maintenance operations for a designated region. You will supervise technicians, ensure DOT compliance, manage budgets, and serve as the main contact for fleet customers with a focus on uptime and efficiency.

The role requires hands-on diesel/trailer technician experience, strong DOT knowledge, and a willingness to travel between sites. A background in fleet software and MS Office is preferred. Salary is competitive with benefits.

Formación

• 5+ years in fleet maintenance or diesel repair, with 3+ years leading technicians or shop teams
• Hands-on diesel/trailer technician background
• Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and shop safety
• Experience managing budgets, labor costs and P&L results
• Familiar with fleet maintenance software and Microsoft Office

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily maintenance and repair work across mobile units and customer sites
• Hire, train, coach and evaluate technicians; manage performance
• Enforce safety programs and DOT requirements; ensure tools are calibrated
• Serve as main contact for fleet customers and grow accounts
• Own region budget, labor costs and margins; approve payroll and repair orders
• Manage parts, inventory, vendors and warranty work
• Track work orders and key metrics; report results to leadership
