Epika Fleet Services in the United States is seeking an experienced Fleet Maintenance Manager to lead daily maintenance across mobile units and customer sites. You will allocate work, set uptime goals, and drive operational performance.

The ideal candidate has extensive diesel repair and fleet upkeep experience, plus people leadership, DOT compliance, budget oversight, and a willingness to travel regionally.

Formación

• 5+ years in fleet maintenance or diesel repair.
• 3+ years managing technicians or shop teams.
• Strong knowledge of DOT regulations, shop safety, and budget or P&L management.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the region.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily maintenance and repair work across mobile units and customer sites, assigning tasks to meet uptime and turnaround goals.
• Hire, train, coach, and evaluate technicians while handling performance and corrective action.
• Enforce safety programs and DOT requirements, and ensure technicians use calibrated, company-approved tools.

What you'll need:

• Multi-site or mobile service management experience.
• ASE certifications, CDL, or a bachelor's degree in business or operations.
