Job summary

Moove AV in Phoenix seeks an experienced Senior Regional Operations Manager to lead depot maintenance and readiness across multiple sites in the region. You will own uptime, cost, and safety metrics while building a strong leadership bench and standardizing processes as Moove scales its insourced depot model.

You will manage budgets, vendor performance, and regional safety programs, traveling across depots to ensure consistent, high-quality operations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in fleet maintenance, automotive service, or depot operations.
• Experience owning uptime, throughput, productivity, and cost per repair.
• Proven ability to develop site-level managers and performance-manage teams.
• Managed maintenance spend across multiple locations.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% across regional depots and launches.

Responsibilities

• Own depot KPIs across the region (uptime, offline time, safety, cost per repair).
• Lead weekly cadence with AVOMs and monthly regional scorecard review.
• Directly manage, hire, and coach AVOMs; oversee staffing and training partnerships.
• Standardize SOPs, tooling, and layouts for new depots; ensure readiness for market launches.
