Job summary

Moove AV in Phoenix is seeking a Program Manager to oversee fleet health monitoring, safety, efficiency, and compliance across Phoenix AV Fleet services. You will partner with the Phoenix General Manager and central teams to ensure performance is tracked and operations run effectively.

Responsibilities include leading data-driven analyses, hosting quality reviews, developing change management processes, and driving ROI-focused improvements across programs.

Qualifications

• Experience with Kaizen framework and processes.
• Ability to use AI tools to run operations.
• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years PM ops experience.
• 3+ years in operations, strategy, or project management.
• Strong communication and change management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop data inputs and KPIs to inform ops adjustments and long-term tech solutions.
• Lead quality business reviews and improve topline metrics with local/global teams.
• Collaborate with central FPA to define balanced performance scorecards.
• Create standard operating and change management processes.
• Identify trends and pilot/test improvements with the ops team.
• Ensure proper escalation paths and process alignment.
• Lead change management and comms for complex programs.
• Partner with teams to evolve and execute Moove AV programs.
• Work on high-impact priorities and projects.
• Contribute to ops strategy, scope, requirements, and process improvements.
• Support ongoing performance reporting.
