Rumpke of Ohio, Inc. is seeking a Regional Vehicle Maintenance Manager to provide strategic oversight of vehicle and container maintenance across multiple locations in the region.

You will lead and develop Maintenance Managers, drive safety, quality and productivity, and own end-to-end maintenance and inventory management for the fleet. The role requires strong leadership, regulatory compliance, and budgeted cost management.

Qualifications

• 5 years of industry experience managing multiple locations.
• CDL preferred.
• Proficiency in Windows, MS Office and SAP.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic leadership to Maintenance Managers across locations, ensuring effective workforce planning, payroll and DOT hour compliance.
• Drive operational excellence through audits of preventive maintenance, road calls, warranty recovery and parts inventory at each location.
• Ensure all maintenance operations meet safety, quality and regulatory standards and comply with company policy across sites.
• Build maintenance department capability by guiding managers on hiring, training, work assignment, performance management, and staffing within budgeted hours.
• Own maintenance financial performance and partner with location managers to meet budgeted costs across repairs, purchasing, and inventory.
