Rumpke is seeking a Region Vehicle Maintenance Manager to provide strategic leadership across multiple locations, ensuring a safe and cost-effective fleet. You will mentor Maintenance Managers, drive quarterly audits, and ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standards.

The role requires experience managing several sites, strong planning, and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends. CDL is preferred and SAP/MS Excel proficiency is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic leadership to Maintenance Managers across multiple locations.
• Oversee payroll planning, DOT hour compliance, and attendance management.
• Ensure maintenance operations meet safety and regulatory standards.
• Develop maintenance department capabilities through coaching and staffing within budget.
• Coordinate with Regional leadership to report fleet, container, and equipment status.
• Own maintenance financial performance and manage costs across repairs, parts, and inventory.
