Job summary

Kids for the Future is seeking a maintenance support role located in Ellenwood, GA. The individual will interpret driver-reported issues and translate them into descriptive repair information for technicians, while coordinating shop scheduling with the shift supervisor to ensure timely service.

Responsibilities include monitoring ETA for driver operations, creating and updating purchase orders with local vendors, and delivering prompt, courteous service to our driver team members.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Familiarity with Class 8 vehicle equipment.

Responsibilities

• Interpret driver issues and create descriptive repair information for repairing technician.
• Schedule service and repairs in the shop through consultation with the shift supervisor.
• Monitor and report estimated time of completion for driver and Operations.
• Create and update purchase orders for parts and units at local vendors.
• Provide prompt and courteous customer service for our driver team members.
