Job summary

Dynamic EcoHome seeks a decisive Fleet & Asset Manager to own the fleet and asset-management function across Dallas–Fort Worth and Houston. You will lead strategy, readiness, maintenance programs, and lifecycle planning for roughly 60 vehicles and related assets.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of progressive fleet, equipment, transportation, or asset-management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to independently own a fleet or fleet-management function.
• Experience supporting a multi-location fleet in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to build or significantly improve fleet systems, policies, reporting, controls, and operating processes.
• Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance, vehicle inspections, and asset lifecycle planning.
• Experience with telematics, GPS tracking, and driver-monitoring platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop a scalable fleet-management strategy across Dallas–Fort Worth and Houston.
• Establish policies, systems, controls, reporting, and standards for fleet operations.
• Own fleet readiness, maintenance scheduling, inspection, and compliance.
• Monitor vehicle utilization, costs, and driver behavior; drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate asset lifecycle from acquisition to disposal; manage tools, equipment, and rentals.
• Build dashboards and executive reports on fleet performance and costs.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance across DOT/FMCSA guidelines.
