Job summary

BRYAN TRUCK LINE is seeking a dedicated Truck Driver to join our flatbed team, transporting brass & copper rod on a flatbed trailer with tarps and side kits. This role pays a percentage of the load and requires a strong commitment to safety, punctuality, and customer service, as you will be the face of our company during deliveries.

Responsibilities include operating trucks, performing pre-trip inspections, loading/unloading with proper securement, and maintaining delivery records.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A license with 1 year driving experience.
• Ability to operate manual transmission.
• Experience with flatbed trailers and tarps.
• Knowledge of load securement and safety regulations.
• Willingness to relocate to Montpelier, OH 43543.

Responsibilities

• Operate trucks and pull flatbed trailers with side-kits and tarps.
• Conduct pre-trip inspections for safety and regulatory compliance.
• Load and unload cargo with proper securing and tarp.
• Navigate routes efficiently to meet delivery schedules.
• Maintain delivery records including mileage and fuel logs.
• Communicate with dispatcher about issues or delays.
• Ensure compliance with transportation regulations.
• Perform routine maintenance checks and report issues.
