Job summary

System Transport is hiring recent CDL-A graduates for regional flatbed driving. You will transport building materials and metals on regional routes with a pay package including accessorial pay and bonuses. Orientation is provided with full benefits and 401(k) matching.

The program welcomes new grads and offers paid orientation, home weekends, and a route structure designed for quick truck assignments and ongoing pay growth across experience levels.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Class A CDL license (CDL-A).
• At least 6 months of driving experience; for recent grads, training will be provided.
• Safe driving record and clean background check required.
• Must be 21 years or older and able to lift a 90-pound tarp as part of tarp load handling.
• No more than 6 jobs in last 3 years; drug screening and Clearinghouse checks required.

Responsibilities

• Operate regional flatbed CDL-A routes, transporting materials such as glass, steel, and machinery.
• Endure a comprehensive pay package including accessorial pay and bonuses where applicable.
• Complete orientation and join a full benefits package with 401(k) matching and PTO.
