Job summary

System Transport is hiring recent CDL-A graduates for regional flatbed driving with home weekends. Earns between $52,968.74 and $111,917.87 per year with full benefits. The role offers a $1,800 transition package and a strong pay package with accessorial pay.

Applicants must have a valid CDL-A and meet safety requirements; orientation is provided, and paid to train. No experience? We will train recent grads through September 30, 2026. Join a driver-friendly Midwest operation.

Qualifications

• Must have CDL-A with clean driving record and be 21+ years old.
• 6+ months driving experience; recent graduates may be trained.
• Background check and drug test required.
• Must be able to lift a 90-pound tarp.
• No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Operate regional or OTR Flatbed routes delivering glass, steel and building materials.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance while driving and tarping loads.
• Maintain vehicle and equipment in good working order and report issues promptly.
