Job summary

System Transport is hiring Recent CDL-A flatbed drivers for regional routes with home weekends. Earn strong pay, including a $1,800 transition package and comprehensive benefits, with paid orientation and a straightforward onboarding process.

Recent CDL-A graduates are welcome; we provide training where needed. Expect stable, full-time employment with 401(k) match, PTO, and modern equipment across Midwest routes.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CDL-A license.
• 6+ months driving experience required (recent grads: training provided).
• Safe driving record on the road.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years.
• Background check required; drug test required; clearinghouse results required.
• For all flatbed opportunities, driver must be able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform (tested during orientation).
• Tarping required on ~70% of loads.

Responsibilities

• Transport goods via regional routes in flatbed equipment.
• Maintain safe driving and comply with HOS rules.
• Home most weekends and participate in orientation program.
• Collaborate with dispatch and follow proper load securement procedures.
