Job summary

System Transport is seeking recent graduate CDL-A flatbed drivers for regional routes with home weekends. The role offers pay ranging from under a typic to strong weekly and annual compensation, plus full benefits and retirement match. Orientation and travel logistics are provided, with a focus on safety and compliance.

Eligible candidates include new CDL-A grads; must pass background checks and drug tests, have a clean driving record, and be 21 or older. Training is available where needed.

Qualifications

• Must have valid CDL-A license and meet standard hiring requirements.
• 6+ months driving experience required; recent grads trainable.
• Safe driving record and clean background check.
• Must be 21 years or older and legally eligible to work.
• No more than 6 jobs in last 3 years; clean drug test and Clearinghouse results.

Responsibilities

• Operate CDL-A flatbed tractor-trailer on regional/OTR routes.
• Secure loads with tarps and perform tarp-related duties.
• Adhere to safety policies and schedule; meet delivery deadlines.
• Maintain logs and comply with company policies and regulations.
