Job summary

System Transport is seeking recent CDL-A graduates for regional flatbed driver roles with home weekends. Earn strong pay: up to $111,918/year, plus full benefits including 401(k) match and PTO.

A $1,800 transition package and paid orientation are offered, with training for grads and a focus on safety and reliability. Candidates must meet qualifications including a valid CDL-A, 21+ years old, clean record, and ability to lift heavy tarp loads.

Qualifications

• CDL-A license required
• 6+ months driving experience required (Recent CDL-A grads: no experience needed – we will train you)
• Safe driving record required
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• No more than 6 jobs in last 3 years
• Background check required
• Clean drug test required
• Clean clearinghouse results required
• Must be physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice (training during orientation)

Responsibilities

• Operate regional or OTR flatbed routes transporting goods such as glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals.
