Job summary

System Transport is seeking recent CDL-A graduates for regional flatbed driver roles. You will haul materials such as glass, steel, and building products across the western region and beyond. The position offers paid orientation and a strong benefits package.

Drivers enjoy home weekends, a competitive pay package, and a 401(k) match with PTO. Training is provided for grads with minimal experience, and safety is emphasized throughout orientation and on-the-job performance.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Class A CDL (CDL-A).
• 6+ months of driving experience required (Recent CDL-A grads, no experience needed—we will train you!).
• Safe driving record on the road.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years.
• Prefer 1 year truck driving experience, but not necessary.
• Background check required.
• A clean drug test required.
• Clean clearinghouse results required.
• Must be physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice (tarps about 70% of loads).

Responsibilities

• Drive regional and OTR CDL-A flatbed routes delivering glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals.
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Complete end-of-shift delivery confirmations and cargo paperwork.
