Job summary

System Transport is seeking recent graduate CDL-A flatbed drivers for regional routes with home weekends. You’ll transport materials like glass, steel, aluminum and building products, using late-model equipment and safety tech.

We offer a $1,800 transition package, full benefits, 401(k) match and PTO. Orientation includes airfare and lodging; training for grads is available through Sept 30, 2026.

Qualifications

• Must have CDL-A and meet standard hiring requirements.
• 6+ months driving experience; recent grads trainable.
• Safe driving record and clean background check.
• Must be 21 years or older; no more than 6 jobs in 3 years.
• Background check and drug testing required; Clearinghouse compliant.
• Able to lift a 90-pound tarp during orientation.

Responsibilities

• Operate regional or OTR flatbed routes hauling specified materials.
• Adhere to safety policies and maintain logs and records.
• Ensure timely delivery and proper load securement.
