Job summary

System Transport is hiring recent CDL-A graduates for regional and OTR routes. You will drive modern equipment, haul glass, steel, aluminum and other materials, and be home most weekends. A $1,800 transition package with orientation pay is offered along with full benefits and 401(k) match.

We provide paid orientation, comprehensive benefits, and a strong pay package with accessorial pay. Eligibility requires CDL-A, 21+, and a clean record. Training is available for grads.

Qualifications

• Must have valid CDL-A license.
• 6+ months driving experience or willing to train for recent grads.
• Clean driving record on the road.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years.
• Background check required.
• A clean drug test required.
• Clean Clearinghouse results required.
• Physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot platform; tarp duties apply.

Responsibilities

• Drive regional or OTR routes transporting glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils and specialty metals.
• Tarp loads and secure with tarps per safety requirements.
• Maintain safe operation and comply with DOT regulations.
• Attend orientation and training as part of onboarding.
