Job summary

Continental Fire Sprinkler Company in Davenport is seeking two Account/Sales Managers to support existing clients and win new business in fire sprinkler maintenance, inspections, and system modifications. You will build relationships, propose service scopes, and collaborate across teams while pursuing NICET education opportunities.

You will travel within the region, forecast market trends, and contribute to a growing organization with excellent benefits and stability in the fire protection

Qualifications

• 2+ years in construction or related sales/account management.
• Self-motivated, organized, and driven to win new business.
• Ability to multitask and deliver excellent customer service.
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to negotiate proposals.
• Experience estimating and developing proposals is a plus.
• Willing to travel within a 150 mile region.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers for maintenance, inspections, repairs, and design changes.
• Predict market trends and develop new sales ideas.
• Demonstrate products and advise on best applications.
• Apply NFPA standards to analyze hazards and design approaches.
• Estimate costs including design, materials, fabrication, permits, and labor.
• Prepare proposals with technical detail and identify scope of services.
• Negotiate and execute price and terms of service agreements.
• Coordinate design with other departments and subcontractors, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Work with Accounting to prepare monthly billings and negotiate change orders.
• Travel as necessary to meet clients in the region.
