- Ability to win new business and manage existing customers.
- Willing to travel within a 150 mile region and communicate professionally.
Responsibilities
- Forecast market trends and generate new sales ideas.
- Demonstrate products and advise on best application.
- Estimate service costs including design, materials, and labor.
- Prepare detailed proposals and negotiate terms of service.
- Coordinate design with departments and subcontractors; ensure on-time delivery.
- Collaborate with Accounting to prepare monthly billings and handle change orders.
