Job summary

Southeast Emergency Response in Columbus seeks an Emergency Response Chief, part-time, to serve as a liaison between the company and local fire service, EMS, and emergency management communities. The role focuses on strengthening partnerships, community engagement, and connecting responders with resources.

You will represent the company at meetings and events, foster relationships with fire chiefs and leaders, and support referral development through CRM documentation and ongoing outreach.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong preference for candidates with existing relationships and credibility within the Nashville-area fire service community.
• Active participation in local Fire Department, EMS, or emergency management organizations.
• Experience working closely with Fire Departments, emergency responders, or public safety agencies.
• Established professional network within Middle Tennessee emergency services.

Responsibilities

• Leverage relationships with local Fire Departments, EMS, emergency management organizations, and community partners.
• Represent Southeast Emergency Response at fire service meetings, conferences, training events, association gatherings, community functions, sponsorship activities, and other industry‑related events.
• Develop and maintain strong ongoing relationships with existing referral partners and document interactions in the CRM.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen collaboration with Fire Departments, EMS, and related organizations, and facilitate referrals.
