Southeast Emergency Response is seeking a Part-Time Community Engagement Specialist to build relationships with Nashville-area fire departments, EMS agencies, and emergency management partners. You will represent the organization at meetings and events to strengthen visibility in the local public safety community.
Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED, a strong network in Middle Tennessee, and CRM/relationship skills.
Part-Time (Up to 25 Hours Per Week)
Leverage existing relationships and establish new connections with local Fire Departments, EMS agencies, emergency management organizations, and community partners throughout the Nashville area. Serve as a trusted representative of Southeast Emergency Response and help strengthen our visibility and engagement within the emergency services community.
Represent Southeast Emergency Response at fire service meetings, conferences, training events, association gatherings, community functions, sponsorship activities, and other industry-related events. Build meaningful relationships with fire service leaders and maintain an active presence within the local emergency response community.
Develop and maintain strong ongoing relationships with existing referral partners and community stakeholders. Utilize our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to document interactions, track relationship activity, and ensure consistent follow-up and engagement. Maintain accurate contact information and detailed records of community outreach efforts.
Identify opportunities to strengthen collaboration with Fire Departments, EMS agencies, and related organizations. Serve as a resource and point of contact for emergency service partners while helping facilitate referrals and supporting Southeast Emergency Response growth initiatives.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Strong preference for candidates with existing relationships and credibility within the Nashville-area fire service community.
