Job summary

Southeast Emergency Response in Nashville is seeking a part-time Community Engagement Specialist to cultivate relationships with Fire Departments, EMS agencies and emergency management partners across Middle Tennessee.

You will represent the company at meetings and events, document interactions in the CRM, and help facilitate referrals while building a strong local presence and credibility within the Nashville emergency services community.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Preference for candidates with existing relationships and credibility in the Nashville-area fire service community.
• Experience with CRM systems and data tracking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leverage relationships with local Fire Departments, EMS agencies, and emergency management organizations to enhance visibility.
• Represent Southeast Emergency Response at meetings, conferences, and community events.
• Develop and maintain relationships with referral partners; document interactions in CRM and ensure follow-up.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen collaboration and support growth initiatives in Southeast Emergency Response.
