Job summary

Beacon Communications is seeking a Regional Fire & Security Account Manager for the Rocky Mountain Region. You will drive sales growth and manage day-to-day business development for Fire Alarm, Access Control, Video Surveillance, and related critical communications solutions.

The role requires consultative selling across multiple technology disciplines and industries. You will cross-sell Beacon offerings while collaborating with internal experts to deliver compliant, commercially viable

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in low voltage system sales, construction, estimating and project budgeting.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in healthcare technology, security solutions, intercommunication systems and audio video solutions.
• Experience in security and healthcare technology sales within large IDN settings.
• CRM experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory sales strategies to achieve revenue, gross margin, and growth objectives.
• Drive new business development through prospecting, relationship building, networking, referrals, and targeted account strategies.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell and expand customer relationships across Fire Alarm, Access Control, Video Surveillance, and other Beacon offerings.
• Collaborate with project management, engineering, operations, service, and other sales teams to develop solutions and transition opportunities.
