W3Global Inc. is seeking a General Manager- Fire Protection to lead the startup and development of a new regional facility, overseeing operations, staffing, logistics, and safety.

You will manage budgets, coordinate with general contractors and executives, recruit fire protection professionals, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within financial targets. This role requires strong leadership across branch teams and licensing compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management or leadership experience.
• Experience in fire protection, fire sprinkler, fire alarm, or related construction operations.
• Experience leading a branch, regional team, or multi-site operation.
• Proven ability to recruit, develop, and manage teams.
• Familiarity with contractor licensing and multi-state compliance.
• Strong grasp of construction operations, project logistics, customer relationships, and financial administration.
• NICET Level III certification in fire alarm or sprinkler systems preferred.

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to recruit, develop, and manage teams.

• Familiarity with contractor licensing, responsible managing employee requirements, and compliance across multiple states.

• Strong understanding of construction operations, project logistics, customer relationships, and financial administration.

• NICET Level III certification in fire alarm or sprinkler systems is preferred.
